Everybody knows that recording a great song takes time with the right engineer/vocal arranger, someone who can shape your song while you’re creating it. In our 20+ years of recording Rap artists, R&B vocalists, and many more, we’ve found that there are two types of sound engineers.
One that pushes buttons and the other that knows how to guide an artist along the journey of creating a hot song. At studio1212 if you make a mistake on a word or phrase, or need help on hooks, stacks, or ad-libs, we are happy to offer suggestions about how to improve or adjust. We always capture the best takes for your mix, so there’s no doubt that it will be ready for radio quality mastering.
Why are we here?
Studio1212 was built by an artist for the artist. As a seasoned artist myself, I understand the frustration of spending lots of money, going into Las Vegas Recording studios, and coming out with something that’s sounds nothing like what you envisioned. It happened to me for years until I put decades into developing the craft of music production and sound engineering.
Engineering high-quality songs with affordable studio rates for hip-hop and R&B artists became a passion that I can’t live without.
Las Vegas has a lot of talented artists that have not been given a chance to be heard yet.
